How we came to exist
Our origin story
Much like the funeral homes we serve, we are a family owned and operated business.
In the face of planning a loved one's funeral with family spread across the U.S., complexities arose. Coordinating arrangements across distances proved challenging. This experience spurred the creation of 1Director — a case management software designed to simplify the process.
Recognizing the difficulties faced by both families and Funeral Directors, 1Director serves as a unifying platform, bridging geographical gaps and facilitating seamless collaboration.
Our goal is to bring clarity and ease to the funeral planning process, ensuring a collective and supportive effort in honoring the memory of loved ones, irrespective of physical distance.
Why the name ‘1Director?’
The '1' signifies centralized control, reflecting the software's commitment to streamlining case management. 'Director' emphasizes its focus on empowering Funeral Directors, providing a unified platform for efficient and compassionate oversight of all aspects of funeral services.
